Ayesha Foote has been serving clients in the real estate profession since earning her Sales Associate License in 2018. As a Real Estate agent, Ayesha has earned many awards including the title “Multi-Million-Dollar Producer”. This success led her to obtain her Brokers License and “step out on faith” as an entrepreneur and open Southern Dwellings and Design Inc. in 2021. As a Principal Broker, Ayesha strives to make the clients’ needs a top priority at all times.
In addition to her real estate career, Ayesha is a published Christian author and has earned two Bachelor of Science Degrees: one in Biology and one in Dental Hygiene. She is a Registered Dental Hygienist in Arkansas where she practiced for nine years before starting her full-time career in real estate. Although she has earned numerous accolades, her true passion lies in the real estate profession where she focuses on being a trusted advocate, coordinator, and negotiator for her clients.
Ayesha also believes that it is important to live a fulfilling life and care for others. She states, “I know that God placed me on this earth with a mission and heart to help others, and it is my desire to be obedient to the call”. This servant’s heart mentality is not only evident in the real estate profession but also in other aspects of her life. “I believe in southern hospitality, and this is why the tagline of the firm reads “Where Southern Hospitality Meets Sophisticated Taste.” Ayesha believes that every client should be afforded a good product and great customer service. In her leisure, Ayesha enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, and spending time with her family.
